Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Virginia ham, ground fine
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix and spread on tiny biscuits.
  2. Serve warm.
  3. May add cheese and/or poppy seed to vary.
  4. Or, the ham mixture may be rolled into small balls (1 teaspoon) with a nut inside, then rolled in fine bread crumbs and quickly deep fat fry until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
