Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 None nectarines, cut into wedges
  • 2 None apples, cut into wedges
  • 5.25 oz strawberries, quartered
  • 7 oz red grapes
  • None None fresh mint sprigs, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring sugar and 1 cup water to a boil. Cook for 1 min. Lower heat and add nectarines and apples. Simmer gently for 4 mins, until starting to soften. Add strawberries, grapes and mint. Remove from heat and let infuse for 25 mins.
