Watermelon Martinis

A refreshing and vibrant watermelon martini blends sweet watermelon with citrusy vodka and triple sec, perfect for summer parties and warm-weather gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon (with rinds), seeds removed
  • 1 cup lemon vodka
  • 1/2 cup Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 1 lime, squeezed
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon chunks and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the pureed watermelon into a pitcher and keep very cold, even slightly frozen, to make it icy.
  3. Add lemon vodka, Cointreau or Triple Sec, and fresh lime juice to the pitcher.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon mixture over the ice.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with lime wedges if desired.
