Instructions
- Soak charcoal for 15 minutes before lighting.
- Separate coals into 2 sections (circular cooking).
- Light coals and let them get hot.
- Sprinkle pepper, seasoning salt, paprika and garlic salt all over the ribs and rub in.
- Place ribs on the edge of rack.
- Cover and let cook until all ribs are dark brown (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
