Instructions
- Mix berries, sugar, salt, tapioca and lemon flavoring.
- Fold in sour cream.
- Pour into pastry-lined 9-inch pan and cover with top crust.
- Cut vents in top crust.
- Bake in preheated 425° oven for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking until fruit bubbles through air vents and crust is lightly browned.
