Ingredients

  • 4 oz. fish
  • 1 tsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Bake fish in wine and margarine at 350° for 7 minutes, until done.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serves 1.
