Winter Fruit Delight

Ingredients

  • 4 medium grapefruit
  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and section grapefruit, reserving juice.
  2. Add enough water to make 1 cup. Combine juice, sugar and marmalade in a large saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add cranberries and boil 5 to 8 minutes or until skins pop.
  5. Cool; stir in grapefruit.
  6. Cover and chill.
  7. Slice bananas and stir in chilled mixture just before serving. This mixture will keep in the refrigerator up to a week.
