Winter White Pecans

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Pour butter over pecans then bake for 15 minutes.
- After removing from oven, sprinkle with salt.
- In top of a double boiler, melt chocolate.
- Using a toothpick, dip pecans in white chocolate.
- Place on wax paper and cool.
- Store in tin.
