Winter White Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 lb. white chocolate or almond bark

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Pour butter over pecans then bake for 15 minutes.
  3. After removing from oven, sprinkle with salt.
  4. In top of a double boiler, melt chocolate.
  5. Using a toothpick, dip pecans in white chocolate.
  6. Place on wax paper and cool.
  7. Store in tin.
