Yellow Squash Bread

Instructions
- Heat squash and milk in pan until bubbly around edge.
- Add margarine and stir until melted.
- Stir in sugar and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix flour (4 cups) and the yeast.
- Stir in milk and squash mixture; add remaining flour to make a stiff dough (stiff enough to knead).
- Knead 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until double in size.
- Punch dough down and shape into rolls.
- Let rise again.
- Bake in heated oven of 375° for 50 minutes for bread or 15 to 20 minutes for rolls.
- Brush top with melted butter while hot.
- Colorful and a good keeper.
