Instructions

  1. Each guest adds ingredients of choice to their bag. Zip it up & shake.
  2. Make sure all the air is out of the bag & zip it up.
  3. Place the bags into the boiling water for exactly 13-minutes.
  4. You will need a large pot to boil the egg bags in.
  5. You can usually cook 6 to 8 bags or omelets in a large pot, at a time. If you need two pots, use them.
  6. When the 13-minutes are up, take out of water & unzip or cut the zip lock bag open & the omelet will roll out easily.
  7. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed. These are nice to serve with fresh fruit or coffee cake.
