Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Crisco
  • 5 lb. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 c. water

Instructions

  1. Place the Crisco, flour, and salt into a large bowl.
  2. Use your hands to work the Crisco into the dry ingredients until evenly incorporated.
  3. Add the water and continue mixing until a firm dough ball forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 balls, wrap each in plastic wrap, and freeze.
  5. Thaw the dough as needed before rolling out.
  6. Roll out each dough ball to fit your pie dish and proceed with your filling.
