Ingredients

  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • flour
  • 8 quail
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak quail for 4 hours in buttermilk. Drain. Coat with flour, salt and pepper to taste. Deep fry for 4 minutes.
