- Slice carrots at an angle, very thin, enough to measure 1 cup. Heat oil in skillet.
- Add carrots and other ingredients; cover and lightly steam for 6 minutes, or until tender, stirring once or twice.
- Makes 2 servings.
- May have to add more water.
