911 Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup whiskey
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. In Ziploc bag combine all ingredients.
  2. Place in fridge for one hour.
  3. Remove fish from bag and discard marinade.
  4. Place salmon skin side down on preheated barbeque grill at medium high heat.
  5. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
