A Basic Cucumber Sandwich

- Slice the cucumbers into about 1mm thick (you can use a vegetable slicer or mandoline).
- Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt (not listed in the ingredient list), mix it up with your hands, and let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Combine the ingredients to make the sauce.
- When the cucumbers are ready, drain and squeeze them out tightly.
- Mix the cucumbers with the sauce.
- Spread the cucumbers on two slices of bread and top them with the remaining slices.
- Cut off the crusts.
- Cut each sandwich in half and they're ready.
- Put on a plate with some baby salad leaves and tomato (if you have them) for a nice presentation!
