Instructions

  1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes.
  2. Put fat in skillet; keep turning potatoes until they are browned and cooked through.
  3. When almost done, add 3 to 4 teaspoons brown sugar and 3/4 cup sweet milk.
  4. Place on low heat; let simmer until the sweet potatoes are tender and flavors meld.
