Acorn Squash Bake
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cut squash in half.
- Remove pits.
- Place in pot.
- Cover with water.
- Boil on stove top until done.
- Scoop squash from the shell.
- In a bowl, mix squash, margarine, sugar and heavy cream together.
- Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
