Acorn Squash Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 medium acorn squash
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cut squash in half.
  2. Remove pits.
  3. Place in pot.
  4. Cover with water.
  5. Boil on stove top until done.
  6. Scoop squash from the shell.
  7. In a bowl, mix squash, margarine, sugar and heavy cream together.
  8. Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
