Ingredients

  • 5 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 5 slices cubed bread
  • 1 c. sharp grated cheese
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 lb. bacon or sausage, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Combine and put in a buttered baking dish.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
  4. May be frozen after cooking.
