Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 12 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons catsup
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Put onions and green peppers in a 2 quart sauce pan and steam.
  2. Add other stuff and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Use hot or cold.
  4. Store chilled.
