Ingredients

  • 15 ounces soy sauce
  • 16 ounces light Italian dressing ("Kens" dressing, if available)
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 23 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 5 lbs chicken wings (separated)

Instructions

  1. Mix first six ingredients together.
  2. Put chicken wings in large bowl then pour over the sauce and marinate in refrigerator overnight (or longer).
  3. Drain marinade and bake chicken wings in a 400 degree oven (uncovered) for one hour.
  4. Stir half way through the cookings.
