Ingredients

  • garlic (plenty)
  • white wine
  • fresh clam
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Fry plenty of garlic until they are soft and then add a bit of white wine.
  2. Add the clams and cover until they open completely.
  3. Add a bit of chopped parsley and it is ready to serve.
