Almond Bar

- 2 lb. white candy, chipped ⓘ
- shelled almonds
Instructions
- Toast shelled almonds in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes and set aside.
- Melt the white candy chips in the top of a double boiler over just-warm water, ensuring the water does not boil.
- Line a jelly roll pan with wax paper and spread the toasted almonds evenly in the pan.
- Pour the melted white candy over the almonds, covering them completely.
- Refrigerate the pan until the candy is set and firm.
