Ingredients

  • 2 lb. white candy, chipped
  • shelled almonds

Instructions

  1. Toast shelled almonds in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes and set aside.
  2. Melt the white candy chips in the top of a double boiler over just-warm water, ensuring the water does not boil.
  3. Line a jelly roll pan with wax paper and spread the toasted almonds evenly in the pan.
  4. Pour the melted white candy over the almonds, covering them completely.
  5. Refrigerate the pan until the candy is set and firm.
