Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients by hand in a large bowl.
- Add wet, except for 1 cup water.
- Dissolve yeast in water; add to mix.
- Pour 1/4 cup vegetable oil over bread and turn bread at once.
- Cover dough with a cloth.
- Let sit in warm place, 8 to 12 hours.
- Punch bread down with fist three times.
- Divide into three parts and knead each part 10 to 12 times.
- Put each into greased loaf pan. Cover with a cloth and let sit for 8 to 12 hours.
- Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes on lowest rack in oven.
