Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 2 lb. chicken wings

Instructions

  1. Mix first four ingredients together.
  2. Pour over chicken wings and soak overnight for 4 to 6 hours. Bake 1 hour and baste with sauce while cooking.
