Ingredients

  • 6 salmon steaks
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 tsp. season salt
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Mix all ingredients except salmon in a bowl. Place salmon on a greased broiler rack skin side down.
  3. Brush mixture on salmon.
  4. Place broiler rack in oven for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
  5. Brush with mixture again and serve.
