Instructions
- Melt chocolate in water.
- Blend in beaten yolks.
- Cook and stir a few seconds; add vanilla and salt.
- Cool.
- Fold sugar into whipped cream and fold this into chocolate mixture.
- Fold in beaten egg whites last.
- Pour over angel cake pieces in large bowl or 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Chill overnight.
- Serve with dollops of whipped cream, if desired.
