Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped bacon (1/4 lb.)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cans minced clams and juice
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • dash of parsley

Instructions

  1. Brown bacon and onion.
  2. Add clams and potatoes.
  3. Cook until tender (15 minutes).
  4. Add milk, butter, parsley, salt and pepper. Do not boil.
  5. Do not freeze.
