Ingredients

  • 12 lb butter
  • 4 tablespoons nuts, finely chopped
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cream butter in a small bowl with an electric mixer.
  2. Transfer to blender or food processor.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
  4. Place butter in plastic wrap and form into a log shape or place in a ramekin and cover tightly.
