Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 12 cup egg beaters 99% egg substitute
  • 12 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1 small apple, chopped

Instructions

  1. Spray an 11x17 baking pan with non-stick spray,.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Bake in prepared pan 30-40 min at 350F Serve hot or cold.
