Apple Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. honey or sugar - Optional
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Pour applesauce in blender, add blueberries, sweetener (if you decided to use any), and ice.
  2. Blend til smooth.
  3. Pour smoothie in a cup and enjoy :)
  4. Note: You can sprinkle a few raw nuts on top, I use walnuts.
  5. Course you'll have to eat them out with a spoon.
