Apple Camembert Spread

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 None apple, seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 oz Camembert, cubed
  • 3-4 sprigs thyme, stalks discarded
  • None None bread, to serve

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a small pan, add the diced apple and lemon juice and cook for about 3 minutes.
  2. Mix together the Camembert, remaining butter and thyme. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the apple mixture. Serve with bread.
