Apple & Jicama Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pure Apple Juice
  • 1 whole Jicama, Peeled And Sliced Into Strips
  • 2 whole Apples, Cored, Peeled, Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 dashes Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cups Clear Corn Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add apple juice to a nonstick 8-inch square baking dish. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add jicama, apples, corn syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir gently to combine. Transfer to baking dish, cover with folk. and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with ice cream, frozen yogurt, or whipped topping, if desired.
