Apple Omelet

Ingredients

  • 4 c. thick sweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • salt to taste
  • butter
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix eggs and applesauce. Beat really good. Put in buttered casserole dish. Top with salt, pats of butter and cinnamon. Bake for 1 hour.
