Instructions
- Prepare the crust for the top and bottom of the pie.
- Mix together sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
- Pour the sugar mixture over the apple slices and mix gently.
- Add lemon juice to the apple mixture and combine.
- Put the apple mixture into the prepared crust.
- Drop margarine pieces on top of the filling.
- Cover with the top crust and slit the top crust for venting.
- Bake at 425°F for 50 minutes.
