Apple-Walnut Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 small Granny Smith apples, chopped
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare cake mix with eggs, oil and water.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add apples and walnuts with cinnamon.
  4. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350° or until pick comes out clean.
  6. Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small loaves.
