Apricot Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c. dried apricots, chopped
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine apricots and water.
  2. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Combine all ingredients.
  5. Chill and serve with crackers, such as Wheat Thins.
