Ingredients

  • 6 oz. orange Jell-O
  • 16 oz. mandarin oranges
  • 24 oz. apricot nectar

Instructions

  1. Bring the apricot nectar to a boil.
  2. Dissolve the orange Jell-O into the boiling nectar.
  3. Add mandarin oranges and their juice to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
  5. Serve with a topping of sour cream sweetened with sugar and vanilla to taste.
