Apricot-Orange Jam

Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, process orange chunks, apricots and nectar.
- Scrape into heavy 2-quart saucepan.
- Stir in 1/4 cup water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce to medium and boil gently over medium-high.
- Reduce to medium and boil gently for 10 to 12 minutes, until fruit is tender.
- Stir in sugar.
- Reduce to medium-low and cook at slow boil for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Stir often to prevent scorching.
- Pour into hot jars. Cover and cool before refrigerating.
