Apricot Walnut Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

  • 13 cups Dried Apricots
  • 13 cups Walnuts
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey, Or More If You Apricots Are Hard Or Dry

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the apricots, walnuts, vanilla extract, cinnamon and honey.
  2. Process until the mixture is a rough paste.
  3. Fill the pitted dates with the apricot mixture.
  4. Garnish with a drizzle of honey, if desired.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
