Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 5 1/2 to 6 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Dilute yeast in 1/2 cup water.
  2. Add sugar, salt and stir.
  3. Add remaining water and oil.
  4. Add 3 cups of flour mixed with cinnamon and stir until batter is smooth.
  5. Add remaining flour until dough is soft but firm.
  6. Knead until bubbles appear on surface of dough and it is smooth and satiny.
