Ingredients

  • 2 medium-size ripe avocados, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mash together ripe avocados and remaining ingredients with a fork or potato masher just until mixture is chunky.
