Avocado Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 soft avocados

Instructions

  1. Peel shells from eggs; slice in half and gently remove yolks. Mash egg yolks with peeled soft avocados.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon generously into halves of eggs.
  4. Makes 12 delicious eggs.
