Ingredients

  • 1 bag bacon pieces
  • 1 can drained rotel
  • 1 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar
  • 1/2 c. light mayo

Instructions

  1. Separate each biscuit into 2 thinner halves.
  2. Place biscuit halves in a well-greased casserole baking dish.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over biscuits evenly.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
