Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 6 strips bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, eggs, milk, crumbled bacon, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Bake until the top is browned, about 10 minutes.
