Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 box Chicken in a Biskit crackers

Instructions

  1. Cut bacon strips into quarters.
  2. Press each bacon piece into cracker crumbs to coat.
  3. Fold the coated bacon into a roll and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Let the rolls set for at least 2 hours.
  5. Place the bacon rolls under the broiler to brown.
  6. Turn the rolls to cook both sides evenly.
  7. Serve hot.
