Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon, cut in pieces
  • 1 can sliced pie apples
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
  2. Mix apples and sugar; spread in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour into casserole.
  6. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
