Bacon Dip N' Dunk

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Reserve 1 tablespoon of drippings.
  4. Crumble bacon.
  5. Combine sour cream and mayo. Gradually stir in drippings. Add onion, parsley, salt and bacon. Mix well. Cover and chill a couple of hours before serving.
