Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound tofu

Instructions

  1. Mash (or process) all ingredients and cook it over extremely low heat for about 3 hours, stirring occasionally, ending up with it so dry there's no sensible moisture and it seems to keep indefinitely without refrigeration.
