Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons course ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon crushed parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon five-spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon hickory smoke salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Garlic powder may be substituted for granulated garlic.
  3. To use:
  4. Rub meat all over with a couple T olive oil.
  5. Coat with rub & refrigerate over night for best flavor.
