Dry Rub For Venison
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons course ground pepper ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons paprika ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon salt ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon celery seed ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon hickory smoke salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Garlic powder may be substituted for granulated garlic.
- To use:
- Rub meat all over with a couple T olive oil.
- Coat with rub & refrigerate over night for best flavor.
