Bacony Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, split
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1/3 c. butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chives

Instructions

  1. Cut 2 slashes across each chicken half. Press 1/2 strip bacon in each slash. Cream butter, Worcestershire sauce and chives. Brush over chicken. Bake in 375° oven until brown and completely done. Brush with pan drippings during cooking.
